1. How do I place an order?Just enter the quantity and any options, then click the "Add To Cart" button at the bottom of the page. If you want to order two different colors or sizes of something, you will have to repeat this part. Just click on "Continue Shopping" on the shopping cart page and you will return to the page you were on. For more detailed instructions on how to place an order, please read this page.
2. I have a question about an item.For questions about particular items, you may call LFS Sales at 715-785-7406 or email us with your . We try to give a complete and accurate description of all items but if you have any questions or would like to know if something is available in another size or another color, or if you have a special request, please don't hesitate to contact us. We strive to satisfy our customers.
3. I emailed you yesterday and I haven't gotten an answer yet.If you emailed us, we probably answered you. We normally answer all emails the day we receive them. However if our email bounced because your address does not accept mail from Hotmail or Yahoo or LFS Sales or whatever, then we will not try again. So make sure that your email program will accept mail from us. And yes, we use all of these addresses.
4. The shopping cart isn't working.If you put something in the shopping cart and it does not show up, or if the wrong thing shows up, then please contact the webmaster with any . If you get an error message though, please read it and see if you missed choosing a required option. Also try reading the red print toward the bottom of this page Help. Some anti virus programs conflict with it.
5. What are my payment options?We offer only two payment options. You may use a credit card on our secure order site. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. Sorry, no debit cards. You may also choose to mail your payment, but be advised that we can no longer accept personal checks. We will only accept money orders.
6. Will you send a bill with my merchandise?We will send a copy of your order with your merchandise, but ALL merchandise must be paid for before it leaves here. No exceptions. We're sorry if this is an inconvenience to you, but we must do it this way to stay in business.
7. What is your return policy?Our return policy is simple. We accept returns on UNUSED items only for 30 days from date of sale. We will gladly replace defective merchandise. Return shipping is at your expense.
8. Can I add something else to my order?Of course, if it hasn't shipped yet. Just place another order online and be sure to note in the comments section that it is to be added to a previous order. Or call your order in to 715-785-7406 and mention that it is to be added to a previous order.
9. I'd like to resell your products. Can you give me a better price?We try very hard to give all our customers the very lowest price possible. This includes you. If you want to resell our products you're welcome to and you may charge whatever you like for them. However we cannot take any less for any of our products.
10. We'd like to advertise on your web site. Can we?Although we are not currently accepting advertising, we'd be glad to hear from you in case we do in the future. If you're interested in future advertising, please contact the with information about your company.
11. I need something right away. Can I get Express Shipping?We use UPS for most of our shipping and this is usually fast enough for most people. If you still think it won't be fast enough, please call 715-785-7406 to discuss it. Be advised there will probably be an extra shipping charge.
12. What is your Privacy Policy?This is an easy one. We do not collect information on our customers beyond what is required to complete your order. We do not sell your email address for any reason whatsoever. We do need your email address and phone number in case there is a question about your order. Also you will receive your receipt at the email address you enter. Please check it and make sure everything on it is correct.
