Since 1983, Roger and Loretta Poulter have steered our company in tack manufacturing, leveraging Roger's 34 years as an agriculture instructor at the Medford Area Senior High School, cultivating expertise and leadership. Roger has served as an advisor for 34 years and head advisor for 30 years, bringing a rich understanding of the agricultural sector. Coming from strong agricultural backgrounds, both Roger and Loretta share a vision grounded in family values and a belief that quality should always meet affordability.
