Let me tell you my story.

I was searching the internet for a silver headstall I wanted to buy for a friend's birthday and stumbled upon LFS SALES AND MANUFACTURING. They had some really pretty stuff and I was especially interested in a silver split ear bridle.

I placed my order for the split ear headstall, reins and breast collar with no problems. In the comments box I made a note that said this was for a friend's birthday in 8 days and asked if they thought it would make it in time.

I got a very nice e-mail that same day from Loretta saying, "We have your order packaged and ready for shipment. Instead of shipping by UPS we will send it by US Postal Priority mail to make sure that it gets to you in time for you to give it for a birthday present."

I was impressed with the quick e-mail response and the care they had about a gift for my friend.

Well to make a long story short, the tack arrived in 4 days (including the weekend) and it was beautiful but the headstall was not a split ear style. It was an honest mistake. I quickly e-mailed Loretta and she stuffed the correct headstall in a priority mail envelope and shipped it off. She said "go ahead and give it to him and we will exchange it after his birthday."

I was impressed again with the service. Well, everything arrived in time for the birthday party and I decided to buy the other headstall and give it to my friend since he had 2 horses anyway.

Thanks to great service and fantastic customer care, it was a great party, my friend was very happy to get the silver tack and thought I had spent a fortune on it.

I would recommend these wonderful people to anybody thinking about buying from this company.

I never have a problem endorsing a quality product. We have held production sales for 52 years and had the opportunity to experiment with a lot of different halter manufactures. It is especially important when selling foals that the halter fits the head. You want a "cute" package. The halters you manufacture are very well designed and show the foals head to the best advantage. A plus is the quality that you produce. Our buyers appreciate having something that will hold up and be useful beyond the trip home. Thanks for doing such a great job...

I must admit that when I first saw the price of the halters I was skeptical as to what the quality might be so I only ordered 2 or 3. When they arrived I found them to be very sturdy and well constructed and every bit the quality of the more expensive halters that I had been purchasing for years. I WAS HOOKED! Since then I have passed along to everyone I know that THIS is the place to buy halters and get the value and the quality that is so very difficult to find in today's market place. I just wanted to thank you for the fast service and fine quality of your Miniature Horse halters. I put a nice pink or blue halter on each weanling that I sell. I like the way they adjust and the webbing is so flexible that I can buckle and unbuckle the straps without using brute force.. They are sturdy, yet light weight and my weanlings like the feel of them, they haven't been rubbing them off on the fence post. They don't have that stiff , rough feel as some other halters have , that I have used in the past. I love the hot pink and bright blue colors. Little girls get the pink ones of course , and the little boys get the blue. Thanks again for your fast service.

I just wanted to tell you how pleased I was with your halters. I used to make nylon dog collars and harnesses for a major manufacturer Coastal Pet, so I am pretty picky about buckles, skiving and how the holes are finished off. Yours look great. We can't find nylon halters to fit our minis around here especially the babies I even go to a lot of horse auctions looking and they always say mini but they are really shetland size. I will be letting everyone I know about your web site and how nice the halters are. Thank you.

They said to return the halter and within another 3 days I had another halter in hand, in very good condition. Just wanted to let you know that my new Parade Saddle arrived today..

It looks gorgeous...

The leather is very heavy duty, in fact maybe a little to stiff... but that is Ok... Id rather it be good quality than not good.

The seat is very comfortable, well in the short ride I have taken... couldn't wait to sit in it.
